Garlic Butter Shrimp

Happy Lazy Sunday Morning!

I think everyone woke up lazy today since there’s no electricity in the whole city. It’s a really warm morning especially inside the house. Whew! So, I took a little walk to the Chinese market and bought myself a half-kilo of shrimp! πŸ˜›

Here is a version of my Garlic Butter Shrimp in 4 easy steps:

1/2 kg shrimp, peeled
1/2 cup butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

1. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the garlic until it turns golden brown.
2. Add the shrimp and cook until the color turns orange.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
4. Sprinkle parsley.
5. Serve.
